The All Star SWhoop Showcase
A packed show featuring world-class hoop performers, multi-hoop, flow, hoop tech, circus, creativity and a sprinkling of nonsense from Emma Kenna as MC.
SWhoop has been putting hoop artists on stage since 2010, and every year the performers somehow raise the bar again.
Is it the best hoop show on the planet?
We think so. Biased? Probably.
Bristol Samba
Straight after the showcase, Bristol Samba take over the main hall with an amazing live set.
Grab your favourite hoop, hit the dancefloor without one, or just stand back and enjoy the spectacle.
It’s loud, energetic and absolutely brilliant! If you’re sensitive to noise, bring ear plugs.
There will also be music and hooping upstairs if you’d prefer something a little calmer.
The Infamous Costume Competition
Costume is completely optional, but if you fancy joining in, this is your chance to strut your stuff in the infamous SWhoop catwalk and dance-off.
To win, your costume must be handmade. Previous SWhoop winners choose the finalists, then the crowd gets involved.
£250 Hooping Mad credit for the judges’ Best Costume
£250 Hooping Mad credit for the audience’s favourite costume / catwalk.
Enthusiasm is absolutely capable of beating talent in this game.
Late-Night Hoop Party
After the costume competition, the party keeps going with Fatty’s Fun Times Soundsystem.
Expect upbeat tunes, dancing, spinning, LED hoops and plenty of silliness until 2:30am.
Upstairs stays more chilled if you’d rather have a slower spin, sit down or catch up with friends.
A night everyone can enjoy
Hooper or not, Saturday night is just a really fun night out.
Bring your partner, your friends, your family or come on your own.
You can watch the show, dance, spin, socialise or do all four.
There is absolutely no dress code.
Come in normal clothes, sparkles, fancy dress, sportswear
or whatever ridiculous creation you’ve made for the costume competition.
