Step 1:
Choose your payment option and register for your ticket using the registration form below.
(Please note you DO NOT need to fill out this form if you are ONLY attending the Showcase and LED ball)
Step 2:
You will be sent an invoice for your ticket which has all the details on how to pay. Your space will only be reserved once your first payment has been made. You will receive an email confirmation of your payment. There are no physical tickets.
Step 3.
Go to the Accommodation page to organise accommodation
Please note: The events STARTS at 9am Friday morning (4th Oct 2019) and CLOSES 8pm Sunday (6th Oct 2019)
WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU ARRIVE IN BRISTOL ON THURSDAY (or before) AND STAY OVERNIGHT ON SUNDAY. There will be recommended meet up activities for before and after 🙂

SPECIAL OFFER (Available NOW): SUPER EARLY BIRD OF PARADISE
Super Extra Early Bird of Paradise
Full payment of £310 made by BACS (uk) or Transferwise (non-UK)
EARLY BIRD (Available from 10th Oct 2018 -31st Dec 2018 or until sold out)
Choose between:
Full Early bird = £325
Long Term Payment Plan = 11 payments of £30 (Total price £330) – Automatic invoicing and automatic stripe payments only. You can decide what day your payments go out of your account
Trio payment Plan = 3 payments of £110 (Total price £330). 1st to be made before Dec 31st 2018, 2nd before 1st Mar 2019, 3rd to be made before 1st June 2019.
Please note all payment plan payments must be set up as automatic payments via our invoicing system.
SECOND WAVE – (Available 1st Jan 2019 – 31st July 2019)
Full Second Wave = £345
Half it Payment Plan =2 x £180 = total £360
FULL TICKET (Available from 1st August if there’s tickets left)
Full ticket = £360

Cancellation Policy
Hooping Mad will refund the ticket price minus non-refundable £65 deposit on prepaid tickets cancelled up to and including 1st June 2019. Alternatively you may re-sell your ticket at any time. We must receive new registration information at least 14 days before the event to guarantee a change in food requirements.
